Our Vision
About Us
The GAP Leadership Program is committed to closing educational gaps and empowering youth and adults across Mississippi through skill-building and community engagement. Using a peer-facilitated curriculum, the program equips participants with tools for economic development, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. GAP also strengthens adult involvement by supporting Parent-Teacher Organizations (PTOs) and promoting volunteerism, ensuring that families, schools, and communities work together to create lasting change. Our approach fosters success, leadership, and growth, helping build stronger, empowered communities throughout Mississippi.
Program and Services
The GAP Leadership Program offers youth leadership development, entrepreneurship training, and workforce readiness workshops to equip participants with essential skills for success. We strengthen parent and family engagement by supporting PTOs and promoting volunteerism to enhance school and community collaboration. Our community engagement initiatives empower participants to address local challenges, while mentorship programs and peer-led workshops foster inclusivity and shared learning. Additionally, we provide resources for sustainable economic development to build stronger, thriving communities across Mississippi.
